Isha is an innovative machine Learning scientist. With 4+ years of industry experience in ML, Isha has worked in Conversation AI and Computer Vision and is recognized as a "patent inventor" within Capital One.

Following roles at BMW and Udacity, Lily has now enjoyed almost 4 years at Ford, where she is currently Technical Project Lead. She has carried outstanding research, and had two papers featured at CVPR 2022.
